Hiking and cooking together
Arrive after a varied hike with breathtaking views, turn off the backpack, rest a bit, refresh yourself, wash your hands and it’s time again:
Tie up the apron and dive into kitchen secrets with someone local - keep eyes and ears open, because now you can get tips and tricks and gimmicks to copy.
First of all you take fresh vegetables, salad and herbs from the orchard to conjure up a seasonal meal. Everyone helps together - cleaning and chopping the salad, vegetables and herbs, possibly boil water, to cook, traditionally with bronze die-cut produced pasta, "al dente". Then drain the water and add the pasta directly to the sauce in the pan, panning briefly, spread on the plates, garnish with fragrant herbs and serve.
Now everyone gathers to enjoy at the laid table, stretches out the tired legs, toasts the common experiences with a glass of wine and begins to quench the appetite that became bigger and bigger while cooking.
